In this retreat, you’ll meet and study with two teachers; Rebecca Dennis, E-RYT 500 of Laughing Bodies, Yoga & Pilates and Ruth Anne Lundeberg, E-RYT 500 of Mama Nirvana’s New Yoga.

Rebecca and Ruth Anne have developed a unique approach to yoga which has been influenced by years of study of Iyengar, Ashtanga, Sivananda, Anusara, Jivamukti, Integral Hatha as well as bhakti (devotional) yoga and Buddhist meditation and philosophy.
Their lifelong experience in yoga, movement and healing arts along with over 28 years of combined teaching experience has shown that we can learn from others who came before us though, but ultimately we’re best served by exploring, questioning, and experimenting for ourselves.
Rebecca and Ruth Anne have led over 10 retreats together. They offer a variety of options for students to experience yoga which include postures, meditation, pranyama, chanting and philosophy. They come together for this retreat offering their teachings together with mutual devotion and respect.
