Eric Bryant’s down-to-earth, personal approach to his classes has made him one of Central Indiana’s favorite yoga teachers. Drawing from his own practice and experiences, his classes are a challenging mix of playful, creative flowing sequences, an attention to alignment to help find space in each pose, and a practice of being mindful at every moment to the conversation that occurs between the breath and the body, all built around the framework of an over-riding theme or concept. His classes include personal observations of how our yoga practice relates to and supports life off the mat.

He began his study of yoga in New York City in the spring of 2000. In the spring of 2006 he received his 200-hour certification through the internationally recognized OM Yoga Center, directed by Cyndi Lee, and is registered with the Yoga Alliance®. He has studied with Seane Corn, Frank Mauro, Dana Flynn and David Swenson, and also completed a 25-hour teacher training with Doug Swenson focusing on his holistic system, Yoga Sadhana Chi. In 2010 Eric developed and directs the Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program for Invoke Yoga & Pilates of Indianapolis.
