Sarah Wolfgram, ERYT-200, specializes in vinyasa yoga and Anjali restorative yoga. Using a therapeutic approach, Sarah works closely with clients to uncover a practice that suits their needs for building strength and confidence, discovering the power of rest, or shifting a pattern of movement to increase health and wellness. She believes that yoga has health benefits that can work for anyone and is passionate about making the practice available to everyone. Sarah is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 (ERYT200) through Yoga Alliance with more than 200 hours of teacher training and more than 1,000 hours of teaching experience. Reflecting on yoga’s impact on her life and the lives of her students, Sarah adopted the business name Carving Space Yoga to define the power of claiming and creating roots and resonance in our every day experiences. Crissy Codi, MA, teaches primarily vinyasa classes that often draw inspiration from other styles. Her classes are fun and playful, with lots of hands on adjustments. She encourages everyone to make it their own, tune in to, and take ownership over their individual needs; essentially meeting ourselves exactly where we are in the present moment. Crissy often draws insight, inspiration, and technique from her Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology when working with clients and students to create an experience that dives deeply into the mind-body connection. She cultivates an atmosphere of empowerment and creativity in which being and becoming our highest selves is a path that we can all create and walk every day.
